After retiring from full-time executive leadership, I now take on short, high-urgency engagements where disciplined project control, hard financial analysis, and relentless follow-through are required.

I've spent my career working directly with CEOs, owners, and boards of directors — not advising from the sidelines, but executing in the trenches. From managing multi-branch P&Ls in the Permian Basin to overseeing one of the largest oil & gas fabrication projects in Basrah, Iraq, my work has always been about turning strategy into measurable outcomes.

I am typically brought in to fix problems, impose structure, build durable processes, drive execution to closure, and exit cleanly once results are delivered.
