Your referral fee is split into two installments to align with client retention:
Example
You refer a company that hires an AP / AR Specialist ($1,000 referral fee):
- $500 paid after their first invoice clears
- $500 paid after their third invoice clears
Payouts are processed via ACH or check within 7 business days of the milestone. A W-9 is required before any payment is issued.
Program Rules
Terms & Conditions
By referring a lead to AYKEE, you agree to the following terms.
New Leads Only
The referred company must be new to AYKEE and not already in our pipeline or in active discussions.
First Referrer Wins
If multiple people refer the same lead, the first referrer on record receives the payout. Attribution is based on form submission date.
90-Day Attribution Window
A referral is valid for 90 days from submission. If the lead doesn't convert within 90 days, the referral expires.
Payment After Conversion
No payout is issued until the referred client signs, the placement begins, and invoices are paid. No payout for cancelled, disputed, or delinquent accounts.
W-9 Required Before Payout
When your referral converts, we'll email you to collect a W-9 before processing payment. No W-9 on file means no payout. Referral fees are reportable as nonemployee compensation per IRS guidelines.
Clawback & Protection
If the referred client's first invoice is refunded, reversed, or goes unpaid, the first installment may be recovered or offset against the second installment.
Additional terms: No self-referrals. No referrals from employees of the referred company. AYKEE has final discretion on all attribution decisions. These terms may be updated; the terms in effect at the time of referral submission apply to that referral.
